Roofing scaffolds are the most common type we install. The price is driven by the property's footprint, the number of elevations being worked, eaves height, and whether the roofer needs a loading bay for tile pallets. Below is the realistic range we quote across London and the Home Counties.
Typical project types
- Full re-roof and re-tile on terraced and semi-detached homes
- Slate-strip and replacement on period properties
- Flat roof, dormer and valley repairs
- Roofline, fascia, soffit and gutter replacement
- Lead and zinc roofing contracts
- Multi-property residential developments
